In the Surrey Indoor County Championships at Carshalton Seren picked up Silver in the Long jump, 5th in the Triple Jump, navigated heats and semis of the 60m, and made the final of the 60m Hurdles also coming 5th.
Ash gave a good shot at U20 High Jump, and is taking away many positives into the next block of training ready for the outdoor season.
In the U20 60m, Harry, in only his second competition of the season, PB’d twice, both in his heat and semis (7.23 & 7.22). Kane followed up on his recent run of form with a new PB in the semi (7.09) making the final and finished 6th in a highly competitive field (7.16).
In the Middlesex Indoor County Championships at the Lee Valley Athletics Centre, London Cedelle Agyei-Kyem became the new Middlesex Senior Women’s Indoor Champion over 400m. This was her fastest indoor race since 2019 winning in 59.80.
Later the same afternoon, Shaynie Agyei-Kyem picked up Bronze in the U17 girls 300m in 44.73.
The indoors are done…now, outdoor season.
