U20M Performances
In the 100m, Kane Dedewo, Oliver Brown and Aiden Mothershaw all set new PBs, demonstrating excellent speed and technique. The 200m saw Harry Livesey, Kane Dedewo, Sean Salter, and Oliver Brown also post PBs, showing strong race execution and speed. Alfie Pike impressed with PB in the 1500m showcasing his pacing and endurance throughout.
In the field, Aiden Mothershaw set a new PB in the Long Jump.
U17M Performances
The 100m saw Oliver Elliott achieve a well-deserved PB, while in the 200m, Dylan Haarhoff, Thomas Darragh, and Lucas De La Touche all delivered impressive PBs, demonstrating their speed and tactical maturity. The 400m was another highlight, with Dylan Haarhoff, Eashan Patel, Matthew Wellinger, and Jake Morris all setting new PBs – showing incredible strength and resilience. Thomas McKenna took the 800m by storm, setting a new PB, while Adam Claudet made waves in the field with PBs in both the High Jump and Triple Jump, displaying his versatility and technical ability.
U17W Performances
In the U17W 200m, Cleo Gollings set a new PB, while Seren Pinnington-Jones showcased her multi-disciplinary talent by setting new
PBs in the 80m Hurdles and High Jump. Seren’s relentless drive stood out, with her also participating in the U20mixed 4×400 relay at the end of the day.
New Club Records
The day wasn’t just about PBs—there were also new club records to celebrate! The U20M 4x100m Relay team of Alex Cronje, Oliver Brown, Harry Livesey, and Kane Dedewo broke the club record with a blistering performance, highlighting their excellent teamwork and speed.
The U17M 4x400m Relay, made up of Dylan Haarhoff, Matthew Wellinger, Thomas McKenna, and Eashan Patel, set a new club record as well, shaving off over 4secs, demonstrating their strength and cohesion.
In the U20 Men & Women’s 4x400m Relay, Alex Cronje, Seren Pinnington-Jones (U17), Jimena Stynes, and Matthew McKenna set yet another club record, further proving their team synergy and speed. These relay teams were truly a force to be reckoned with!


Leadership and Team Spirit
A special shout-out to the new U20 Men’s Captain, Alex Cronje, and new U20 Women’s Captain, Tobi Aderoju, whose leadership was instrumental in guiding their teams through the competition. Their dedication set the tone for the entire squad, showcasing the importance of teamwork, discipline, and determination.
With these outstanding performances, personal bests, and new club records, the outdoor season looks exciting for these athletes. As they continue to push themselves and each other, there’s no limit to what they can achieve in the upcoming competitions.
