Sophie Mace (Thames Valley Harriers/Walton AC) made her way up to Loughborough having had an invite to the UK Winter Long Throws Championships. Throwing 46.99m Sophie secured a UKA SILVER Medal and an England Athletics SILVER Medal.

Surrey County Championships
In the U20W Shot Putt Olywatobi Aderoju had a tough battle, placing 4th. U20M Archie Vinnicombe smashed the SILVER Medal position. In the Senior Men’s Shot Sam Mace took the GOLD. In the same SM Shot Putt competition Rob C Smith broke the M35 Club Record 5 times and pushed it out to 8.94m and placed 4th. Sophie Mace competed again, this time in the SW Shot throwing 11.77m for the SILVER Medal.
