The final Surrey XC league match of the season took place on Saturday 10th February at everyone’s favourite venue, Lloyd Park in Croydon.

Walton’s 3rd fixture in the SAL calendar saw the team travel down to Bournemouth for what was going to be our hardest fixture on paper; with 4 of the leagues Top 6 in attendance.

Fresh off the back of a triumphant win at home, our next stop was the K2 Leisure complex in Crawley. Not being deterred by the threats of thunderstorms and showers, the team travelled in force and put on a brilliant display and secured many vital points as we continue our charge for promotion, where every point was made to count!
